Sweetree Marokopa Spring honey is collected from late September to November high in the hills of Marokopa. The nectar is predominately from the native Rewarewa tree and offers to the palate a silky, velvety texture with a tangy aftertaste.

Our products are not heated any higher than would naturally occur in the beehive, therefore still retaining the antibacterial qualities naturally occurring in the honey.
